Approaching Mindfulness

What is Mindfulness all about? How (and why) is it measured? What kind of ideas and assumptions are tied in with the pursuit of mindfulness?

The Center for Contemporary Buddhist Studies welcomes everyone interested in joining us for an afternoon of mindfulness; A phenomenon and practice that has made its way from Buddhist monasteries into stress clinics, business models, parenting courses, self-help books and numerous other spheres in societies around the globe.

The lectures are part of the BBB Lecture Series, and are a part of the Mindfulness Symposium hosted by the CCBS. Free access for everyone.

There will be coffee and tea and plenty of time for questions.
