Meet Ori Givati, Advocacy Director with Breaking the Silence and Sarit Michaeli, Advocacy Advisor with BTselem for a conversation about human rights in the West Bank and Gaza.

Together with hundreds of other former soldiers, Ori Givati has broken his silence to raise awareness and understanding about the reality they experienced during their military service in the occupied territories. Sarit Michaeli represents BTselem, Israel’s most prominent human rights organization.

Join them in conversation about recent developments on the ground, the state of play of respect for human rights and their experiences as human rights defenders under increasing pressure.

Lars Trier Mogensen, journalist and debater, will moderate the symposium.
