Day of the Dead / Día de los muertos
To celebrate the Day of the Dead in Mexico, Jesper Nielsen, associate professor of American Indian languages and cultures, will hold a presentation entitled "Your Soul is a Butterfly: Conceptions of Life, Death and the Afterlife in Ancient Mexico".
Mexican artist Ana Quiroz has created an Altar of Death at the main entrance from Karen Blixens Plads.
The Mexican ambassador, Norma Pensado, will introduce the event.
