  The 7th annual international ADI conference "Food, Feeding, and Eating In and Out of Asia" takes place at the University of Copenhagen on 24-26 June 2015. The conference will feature distinguished keynote speakers as well as interdisciplinary panels.

  As part of the 7th Intl. ADI Conference Food, Feeding, and Eating in and out of Asia Professor Michael Herzfeld, Harvard University, will give a keynote lecture on When is Food Ethnic and What does that Imply? Reproducing Inequalities in the Framing of Asian Cuisines.
