My research focuses on the Epipaleolithic and Neolithic periods in Southwest Asia. I am particularly interested in combining archaeological theory with material studies. My PhD project focuses on the use-wear of worked bone objects from several prehistoric sites in the Levant, particularly in regard to perishable materials cultures, and the role of these materials within gender perceptions of prehistory. My supervisors are Associate Professor Tobias Richter and Associate Professor Lisa Yeomans.
