Andreas Bandak was invited to serve as external examiner on the PhD defense for Hannah Mayne, University of Toronto, and her thesis ‘Womens’s Prayer in Jerusalem: At the Boundaries of Jewish Orthodoxy’.  

On October 24, Andreas served as the external discussant on Hannah Mayne’s PhD defense. On the committee was prof. Joshua Barker, prof. Simon Coleman, prof. Naomi Seidman, and supervisors, prof Michael Lambek and prof. Amira Mittermaier.
